And with over 350 high and medium frequency words included, the software can be used from the early stages of synthetic phonics teaching right through to Secondary-age pupils with problems with Reading or Spelling.
Schools can quickly create their own tests, which can then be accessed by all pupils across the school network.

Creating a Test
The software comes with 6 pre-set tests, but additional tests can be set up, customised to needs of your school or class. Creating additional tests is simple and quick to do.

Personalised Activities
Pupils can be given a set of words to work on for Reading or Spelling. The words are spread over a number of weeks, with pupils working on their personalised words each day.

Keep Track of Activity Words
Pupils are automatically tested on the words they are working on, and revisit words they struggle with. This screen shows how the personalised word lists can be tracked over time.

Monitor Progress
Keywords for Literacy stores pupils’ test results, which can be viewed to see which words they found difficult. This is ideal to give to a parent so they can work on the words at home.
